Overview

The Wario Land series continues with Wario Land 3, a new adventure made especially for Game Boy Color. This time, the big "W" finds a music box inside a cave, and is promptly whisked inside. In order for Wario to escape, he must search through more than 25 levels to find stolen items originally belonging to the reigning deity of the music box.

Just like in Wario Land 2, Wario cannot die. Instead, certain enemies/power-ups will cause Wario to transform, giving him special abilities, or taking him to another part of the level. For example, "flattened Wario" can now fit through small gaps that normal Wario could not. Also, after looking at the screen shots, it appears that Wario (and enemies) are somehow affected by the day turning into night.
