When Wario receives a globe from Captain Syrup, he soon learns that inside it is a world called the Shake Dimension, where Queen Merelda has been kidnapped. Enticed by the prospect of limitless treasure, Wario jumps in, beginning his journey across five continents.

The Wii Remote gives Wario some new moves to go along with his signature dash attack. A quick shake of the Remote triggers Wario's Earthshake Punch, which stuns enemies, moves certain objects, and sets off Bomb Blocks. Wario can also launch himself off of horizontal bars and make coins spill out of coin bags when you grab them and shake the Wii Remote.

Wario's latest 2-D action game features hand-drawn graphics and anime-style opening and ending sequences. In fact, in an interview with Nintendo Online Magazine, design director Tadanori Tsukawaki revealed that Wario has over 2,000 frames of animation, and the enemies, 6,000. With its unique visuals and quirky soundtrack, Shake It! provides a platforming experience like no other.
